(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The issue raised in the writ petition is that there is a proposal for privatization of the port trust which is the cause of action for filing the writ petition.

2.Mr.G.R.Swaminathan, learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 on instructions submitted that no decision has been taken as alleged by the petitioner.

3.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. However, it is open to the authorities to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.02.2015 on its own merit and in accordance with law. No costs.
