This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnor/2nd respondent herein for willful disobedience of the order dated 28.04.2022 1/4
passed in W.P.(MD)No.8683 of 2022, thereby directing the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner and respondents 3 to 11 and dispose of the same, within a period of two week from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that, as per the direction of this Court, the complaint lodged by the petitioner was enquired and after issuing notice to the counter parties, closed the same on 16.06.2022 itself.
