ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 341,294 (b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.87 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to some dispute in taking fishing rights contract, the petitioner herein along with other accused waylaid the defacto complainant abused him, attacked him and also threatened with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4. Taking in the consideration the above facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner is having nine previous cases, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
