This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, to direct the respondents to grant permission to the Kanyakumari District Marabusar Meetpu Kuzhu to welcome the Tamil New Year on 14.04.2023 at 6.00 a.m. by playing "Mangala Vathiyam" and "Sangunatham" in the Arulmighu Bhagavathiamman Temple, Kanyakumari District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2023.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submits that the petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2023 has already been disposed of by rejecting the request made by him. He has 2/4

also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 11.04.2023 to that effect.
