Today (30.01.2026), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that as against the order of this Court in W.P(MD).No.12700 of 2023 dated 21.06.2024, writ appeal in WA(MD) No.2023 of 2025 has been preferred before the Division Bench of this Court and the same was allowed on 13.08.2025.
