This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus by directing the the respondents to give permission and protection to conduct Cricket tournament on 13.07.2018, 14.07.2018 and 15.07.2018 to be conducted Kottappalayam Village, Turaiyur Taluk, Trichy District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.07.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, who takes notice for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 02.07.2018. Since no order has been passed on the said representation, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submits that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits and in accordance with law on or before 10.07.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Court directs the the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.07.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law on or before 10.07.2018.
