No. 3188/0089/HRD IRD/CS 351/2018 dated 29.06.2018 quash the same, also quash the Regulation 20(3)(iii) of the syndicate Bank (Officers) Services Regulation 1979 and consequently cancelling the Charge Sheet in Ref. No. 351/HRD IRD/DA 3 dated 22.06.2018 issued by the 1st respondent, directing the respondents to release the petitioners terminal benefits with interest forthwith. WMP(MD). NO.7025 OF 2022 ORDER:- This Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.Dilipkumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru.Mr.S.K.Mani, Advocate for respondent for the respondent, this Court made the following order: In the earlier order passed by this Court on 31.01.2022, a time frame was fixed for supply of documents, explanation to be rendered and conclusion of enquiry.
2.Expressing certain inabilities to adhere to the time limit fixed by this Court, the present writ miscellaneous petition has been filed on 10.05.2022 seeking for further time of eight weeks. 3.Six weeks have already passed from the date, on which these petitioners have filed this extension petition. By considering the request made by the petitioners as reflected in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petitioners herein are granted further time limit of four (4) weeks for supply of documents, explanation to be rendered and conclusion of enquiry, as stated in the order dated 31.01.2022. Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
