2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

3.The petitioner has sought for loan from his Provident Fund in the month of September 2013. Such request has not been considered so far. Therefore, the petitioner made a fresh representation on 15.02.2015, seeking for disbursement of the loan and as the said representation is also pending, he approached this court and filed this Writ Petition.

4. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.02.2015, seeking for disbursement of loan from his Provident Fund and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No Costs.
