ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 294 (b), 323, 355, 324 and 506 (ii) of I.P.C. in Crime No.110 of 2018 and seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner and his friend consumed liquor in open place and this had triggered the quarrel in question. The de facto complainant only attempted to stop the petitioner and his friend from doing so. Feeling provoked the petitioner had hit the de facto complainant with iron rod on his head.

3.Taking note of the specific overt act attributed to the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
