VISHURAM.G., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ALBERT JAMES, Govt. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1913 of 2022 on 01.02.2022 is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
