O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.4 of 2016 on the file of the first Respondent police and quash the same as illegal in so for as the Petitioner is concerned.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the entire investigation is carried out by the present Investigating Officer and not by the Inspector of Police, who has registered the F.I.R. and the second respondent is awaiting for getting opinion from the Additional Public Prosecutor to file final report.

3. In view of the above submission, this case need not be transferred to any other agency for further investigation. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
