PETITION FOR BAIL Under Sec.439 of Cr.P.C.
PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.414 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 15.04.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 4 (1)(aaa),4(1-A),5 and 6 of TNP Act r/w.Sections 420,465,468,471 of IPC in Crime No.414 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused were found in possession of fake liquor bottles. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and she has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is having 16 similar previous cases 5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the fact that sixteen similar previous cases are pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
6. Hence the bail petition stands dismissed.
