Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner in T.S.R.No.2330 and T.S.R.No.2331 admeasuring 324 and 276 sq.ft totally 600 sq.ft situated at Tirunelveli Rejoined two Sub Division, Tirunelveli Corporation, ward No.52, Tirunelveli Town, Mohamed Mustafa Rowther Street @ Periyasamy Kovil Street, T.S.Ward No.9, Block No.11 based on the representation made by the petitioner dated 27.01.2015 by passing appropriate order on the representation submitted by the petitioner with consequential direction within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. The Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.01.2015.
