ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent herein to release the vehicle bearing registration number TN73-X-6269 seized by the second respondent police in Crime No.171 of 2021 under Section 102 of Cr.P.C by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2022 in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Considering the fact that the matter has now been seized by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, it is open to the petitioner to approach the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, for necessary orders. This Writ Petition is therefore dismissed with the above observation. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
