ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.11 of 2014 within a stipulated time.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even after a lapse of one year from the date of registration of the case, the respondent Police did not take any efforts to file a final report. Hence, the petitioner has come up with this petition for the aforesaid prayer.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation is almost over and that respondent requires two months time to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.11 of 2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report before the Court concerned within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
