This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents no.1 and 2 to take appropriate action under the criminal pursuant to the complaint dated 31.08.2020 in the light of the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh & Ors. WP(MD). No.10409 of 2021 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 01.09.2021. 3.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
