ORDER

This application has been filed to set aside the order dated 22.07.2024 passed by this Court in CMP(MD) No.2016/2024 in SA.No. 152/2003 and restore the same, which was dismissed for default on 22.07.2024.

2. It is seen that in filing this application there was a delay of 225 days and the delay had been condoned on 03.03.2026 in C.M.P. (MD)No.9657 of 2025.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition for restoration is ordered and the SA.No.152 of 2003 is restored to file.
