PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent police to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 30.09.2017 as well as the complaint of the petitioner's father dated 10.03.2017 and investigate the case to find out the real facts behind the death of the petitioner's father. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 30.09.2017 as well as the complaint of the petitioner's father dated 10.03.2017 and investigate the case to find out the real facts behind the death of the petitioner's father. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the complaint preferred by the petitioner has been closed, recording the statement of the petitioner and others. The copy of the closure report has also been produced before this Court.

4.In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to seek his remedy before the appropriate forum, if so advised.
