ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to conduct survey and fix four boundary stones in respect of petitioner's property in Survey No. 362/3C measuring 1 Acre situated at Nallampillai Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District under the supervision of the third respondent. The petitioner has made a representation in this regard on 28.10.2024.

2. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and Mr.S.Prakash, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the third respondent.

4. According to the petitioner, the petitioner had purchased the said property on 23.01.2024 in and by the registered sale deed in Document No.464/2024 on the file of the Sub-Registrar, Manaparai. The petitioner has also been issued patta in her name in Patta No.3945. However, in the typed set of papers it is seen that the petitioner's sale deed and the patta have not been enclosed and the vendors sale deed and patta have been enclosed.

Considering the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit the true copies of the petitioner's sale deed and the patta in patta No.3945 to the first respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receiving the said documents from the petitioner, the first respondent, with the 3/5

assistance of second and third respondents, shall conduct survey and dispose of the petitioner's application after hearing the objections of the fourth respondent, if any. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the documents from the petitioner. No costs.
