O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to pass an order on the petitioner's application dated 09.01.2015, seeking for approval of plan to farm a poultry in Ward No.16, Pappan Kinattru Lane, Sethur, Virudhunagar District, on the basis of the letter issued by the 4th respondent, dated 30.01.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. In view of the limited scope of the prayer, the 2nd respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 31.01.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, if it is otherwise in order, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
