This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to give necessary police protection for conducting 'Panguni festival' of 'Arulmighu Sri Annai Muthumariamman temple' situated at Kottaimedu Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District, from 06.04.2025 to 09.04.2025 based on the petitioner's representation, dated 21.03.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (crl.side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that they have already given police protection for the aforesaid temple festival and now, the festival is going on and the police personnel were deployed. Therefore, as the representation of the petitioner has already been considered, no further orders are necessary in this petition.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) that the representation of the petitioner has been considered, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
