It is stated by the learned Additional Advocate General, that as against the order passed in the writ petition, an appeal has been preferred in W.A. (MD).No.1052 of 2022, which was dismissed. However, the further Review Application filed in Rev.Aplc(md).No.73 of 2022 was entertained by the Honourable Division Bench of this Court and an order of stay has been granted. In view of the same, it would not be appropriate to parallely proceed the contempt petition, when the Review application is entertained by the Honourable Division Bench.
2. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy in accordance with the final decision to be taken in the Review application. 18.08.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No TM To 1.K.Karthika, The Chief Educational Officer, Madurai, Madurai District.
