ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner interfering with the civil dispute in respect of land in Patta No.12491 in Survey No.74/2B2B situated at Nagarathaarkuruchi Village, Kamuthi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.03.2025 within the time framed by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent-police, on instructions, submits that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry and thereafter, the main petition itself was closed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition and also considering the fact that the second respondent called the petitioner only based on the complaint given by the third respondent and thereafter, main 2/4
