ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 04.02.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that the proposed accused lodged a complaint against the petitioner and the same has been registered in Crime No.997 of 2015 under Sections 406 and 420 IPC, for which the petitioner has filed a petition for anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.14179 of 2015 before this Court and this Court referred the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench. While a compromise talk was going on in the Mediation Centre, the proposed accused abused the petitioner in filthy language and also attacked him by hands. As there was no case registered on the said complaint, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 4.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and it has been closed as mistake of fact and the closure report has been sent to the petitioner through post. 5.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is not yet received the closure report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

6.In view of the above submission, the respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the counsel for the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law.
