ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to expedite the investigation in connection with the Crime No.170 of 2015 dated 08.06.2015 and file a final report within the period prescribed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires four months time to complete the investigation.

4. Recording the submission made, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
