(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J) The writ petitioner seeks a writ of Prohibition, prohibiting the District Munsif, Manapparai from proceeding with the suit in O.S.No.98 of 2014 filed by the fifth respondent. 2.We are not in a position to understand as to how the Registry numbered this writ petition. The first respondent is a Judicial Officer. The substantial prayer is to prohibit the learned District Munsif from proceeding with the civil suit.

3.This writ petition is clearly not maintainable. We therefore dismiss the writ petition. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
