ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 28.11.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that the proposed accused Nos.1 and 2 illegally sold the property belonging to the petitioner to the proposed accused Nos.3 to 6 by creating forged documents. As there was no case registered on the said complaint, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and it has been closed as civil nature and the same has been sent to the petitioner through post.

5.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not yet received a copy of the closure report.

6.In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the counsel for the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in accordance with law. 7.This Criminal Original Petition is accordingly closed.
