ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the 1/4

records pertaining to the case registered in First Information Report Information Report in Crime No. 30 of 2023 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the investigation in this case has already been completed and the final report filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, in C.C.No. 992 of 2023.

3. In view of the said submission, there shall be a direction to the trial Court to complete the trial process within the time stipulated as per Rules. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the contents of the final report, he may work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings.
