(Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J) None appears for the petitioner.

2.The petitioner, who is the son-in-law of the fifth respondent has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 to 4, to implement the order passed by the District Level Vigilance Committee, Virudhunagar District, which has found that the community certificate issued to the fifth respondent and the sixth respondent (son of the fifth respondent) as false. 3.It appears that there are certain family disputes between the petitioner and the fifth respondent. The fifth respondent would submit that the petitioner was not a complainant before the District Level Vigilance Committee nor he was examined by the Committee. Therefore, the fifth respondent questions the locus standi of the petitioner to file this writ petition.

4.Be that as it may, from the counter affidavit filed by the Tahsildar, we find that already certain directions have been issued and action has been taken by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Aruppukottai. In such circumstances, since implementation process is on, we do not think that any further direction is required in this regard, except to observe that the respondents 2 to 4 shall pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. 5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed.
