Respondents PRAYER:Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondents to register a First Information Report on the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.04.2016 for the offences u/s.405 and 415 of the Indian Penal Code and investigate the same and to file a final report against the offenders.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.04.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that the proposed accused, who are Advocates by profession, cheated the petitioner by receiving huge money in the pretext of expenses to the Life Insurance Corporation and to the Revenue authorities, and by not returning the loan amount. As no case was registered on the said complaint, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and it has been closed as civil nature.

5.Since the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the closure report is not yet received by the petitioner, a copy of the closure report is directly given to the learned counsel for the petitioner in the open Court. It is for the petitioner to work out her further remedy in accordance with law. 6.This Criminal Original Petition is accordingly closed.
