2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has been rejected and the rejection order will be served on the petitioner within a week from today.

3. Taking into consideration this development, it is left open to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order passed by the third respondent, if he so aggrieved.
