RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant extension of time to execute the order passed in Crl.O.P.No. 19618/2019 dated 30.12.2019 on the file of this Hon`ble Court and thus render justice Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.E.SATISHRAJKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court.

2.This Court, by an order dated 30.12.2019 in Crl.OP.(MD) No.19618 of 2019, directed the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Court within a period of fifteen days.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are working as a labour and due to pandemic situation they are not able to surrender the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate Uthamapalayam, Theni, within the prescribed time. Hence, they seek extension of time to surrender the sureties before this Court.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent police.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances, time is extended by Two weeks from today and the petitioners are directed to surrender before the Court below on or before 11.09.2020 and also directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the credit of the Advocate Clerks' Association, Pattukkotti (Bank of India, Pattukkottai Branch, Saving Account No.814610110009887, IFSC Code:BKID0008146 ) without prejudice to their rights and contention before the trial Court.
