CRIME NO.118 OF 2021 ... RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.(MD). No.6880 of 2021 dated 20.5.2021.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.M.KARUNAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 31.05.2021 and the investigation is almost completed.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the petitioner is the only family member who is earning for the family and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed.
