Heard Mr.S.A.Ajmalkhan, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2.The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to pass orders on the petitioner's online application for patta transfer, dated 08.11.2024. The petitioner has made such application based on the registered sale deed, dated 17.06.2021 in his favour.

3.Considering the limited relief sought for by the Writ Petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's online application for patta transfer, dated 08.11.2024, after conducting due enquiry within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
