O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents police not to harass the petitioner basing on the representation of the petitioner dated 11.04.2023.

2. Earlier, this Court had referred the petitioner and unofficial respondent for mediation, but both the petitioner and unofficial respondents have reported that the mediation between the parties have failed.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on the other hand, submits that basing on the representation dated 11.04.2023, both the petitioner and unofficial respondents have called for the police station and after inquiry, the representation dated 11.04.2023 given by the petitioner is closed on 14.07.2023 in C.No.204/INS-CIPS/DC EAST/PORTAL/TIN-C/2023.

The learned counsel appearing for the unofficial respondents submitted that the petitioner has extorted ATM debit cards, two original RC books, four wheel vehicle and Rs.18,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Thousand only) from him. In respect of this, he has stated to have made a complaint against the petitioner. Since the police stated to have closed the representation of the petitioner, no further directions are required to be given in this petition. Therefore, this petition is closed. 24.07.2023 NCC :
