ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to file final report in Cr.No.23 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the 2nd respondent requires four months time to complete the investigation.
4. Recording the submission made, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
