ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father of the detenue for production of his son namely Vijay, S/o Rajendran aged 25 years from the illegal custody of the respondents 3 to 6 and produce before this Court and set him at liberty. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenu has eloped with the third respondent, who has already been married and in this regard, a case in Cr.No.524 of 2018 has been registered. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the same, we are not inclined to proceed further Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus petition is dismissed. However, the second respondent shall continue the investigation and take steps to secure the detenu.
