ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to survey, measure and to fix the boundaries the land in S.Nos.136/1A1A1A, measuring to an extent of 55.11 ares and 137/1, measuring to an extent of 15.50 ares, situated at Karadikal Village, Tirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District.

2.By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the petitioner, with the relief sought for in the prayer, she made a representation dated 23.12.2019 to the 1st respondent. So far, no action has been taken. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

W.P.(MD)No.9870 of 2020 4.In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 23.12.2019, would be considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.12.2019 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the interested parties, if any. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
