This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the final report.

2.It is brought to the notice of the court that the trial is half way through and it is at the stage of examination of the Investigating Officer. At this stage, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Criminal Original Petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner had attempted to settle this matter, since other parties are also involved in this case, the learned counsel would submit that the petitioner wants to get along with the case before the trial Court.

3.The Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is made clear that the petitioner is at liberty to raise all the contentions that have been raised before this Court before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
