O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by V. BHARATHIDASAN, J.) Alleging that the petitioner's wife, by name, Maha Suratha, aged about 23 years, found missing from 15.01.2020, the petitioner has given a complaint before the respondent police. Since no action has been taken by the respondent police to secure the detene, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed. 2.Earlier notice ordered. Today, the detenue Maha Suradha was secured and produced by the 2nd respondent, before this Court. When we enquire, the detenue stated that she on her own left the matrimonial house, now staying with her relatives at Coimbatore, and she is not willing to live with the petitioner. She also states that she is not illegally detained by anybody. The husband / petitioner has also present today.

H.C.P.(MD).No.896 of 2021 3.Considering the fact that the detenue left the matrimonial house on her own and she is not illegally detained by anybody, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
