Respondents PRAYER: The petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to produce the body or person of the petitioner's daughter namely Saarika Devi D/o.Vellaisamy, aged 19 years, before this Court and set her at liberty. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM,J.) The detenue, daughter of the petitioner, has approached her counsel Ms.A.Banumathi, who in turn, has caused her production before this Court.

2. Though petitioner and his wife would plead that detenue returned, to the parental home, and also we have passed over the matter over two hours towards enabling interaction between the petitioner, his wife and their daughter, the detenue, the detenue insist on leaving away from the parents, and return to the parental home after sometime.

3. The counsel for the detenue has informed that the

detenue is now working in Wooden Field Hotel, Sai Nagar, Virugambakkam, Chennai.

4. Recording the above position, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
