ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Ragatheesh Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi,Government Advocate(crl.side),for the official respondents, this Court made the following order: Earlier, this Court, by order dated 16.07.2020, in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.3170 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6864 of 2016, extended the time to the petitioner to appear before the concerned Court within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of that order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

2.However, according to the petitioner, since copy of the order was made available on 13.08.2020, he could not appear before the concerned Court and produce the sureties, within the stipulated time and hence, the present petition has been filed seeking extension of time.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and time granted by this Court vide order dated 16.07.2020, in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3170 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6864 of 2016 is extended by two weeks from today.
