It is a petition seeking a direction to the respondents particularly the 2nd respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.04.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law and also file the final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered on 14.06.2016 in Crime No.276 of 2016 for offences under Sections 452, 294(b), 355, 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this petition is closed.
