This petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent herein to expedite the disposal of the Criminal Case in S.T.C.No.5753 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam in Crime No.465 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners pleads for speedy disposal of the case in S.T.C.No.5753 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam, on the ground that the 2nd petitioner is a Law Graduate and that he is not able to get himself enrolled as Lawyer in view of the pendency of the case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that there are only 10 witnesses in this

case and it is possible to dispose of the case within three months.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam is directed to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.5753 of 2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
