(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM,J.) By consent, Writ Petition itself, is taken up for final disposal.
2.Mr.R.Sethuraman, Learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for respondents.
3.This petitioner has filed this Writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to take a survey with regard to the community of police personnel, who are working in the Madurai District as also in Southern part of Tamil Nadu and transfer the police personnel of dominant community in the Madurai District and Southern part of Tamil Nadu to Northern District of Tamil Nadu on the basis of his representation dated 14.06.2018. 4.Petitioner has sought information under the Right to Information Act, inter alia requiring the respondents to inform the community to which the police personal force at Madurai District as also in Southern part of Tamil Nadu belong. Under reply dated 26.06.2018 certain particulars had been given but that regards community of the persons has been denied under Section 8 (1)(j) of Right to Information Act.
5.We find no reason to interfere. Accordingly, this petition shall stand dismissed. No costs.
