ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP(MD) No.875 of 2026 dated 19.01.2026 in Crl OP(MD) No.18848/2025.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition and that the investigation is pending, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on the first day of every English calendar month at 10.30a.m., for a period of three months, thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
