ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to give adequate police protection for the life and limb of the petitioners on the basis of their representation dated 25.04.2016, on the allegation that the proposed accused are threatening the petitioners with dire consequences, if the petitioners are not withdrawing the civil case filed against the respondents.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondents have conducted

enquiry and the enquiry report has also been produced.

4. A perusal of the enquiry report would reveal that respondents have conducted enquiry and they have given sufficient warning to the proposed accused and the proposed accused have also given a statement that they would not cause any intimidation to the petitioner herein.
