ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.III & IV imposed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Communal Clash cases, Madurai in Crl.M.P.(MD). No. 560 of 2026, dated 07.03.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the petition, the condition No.III imposed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Communal Clash cases, Madurai in Crl.M.P.(MD). No. 560 of 2026, dated 07.03.2026 to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- as security is onerous and this Court is inclined to set aside the condition No.III. Consequently, condition No.V will also stand set aside. 4.Insofar as the condition No.4 is concerned, considering the avocation of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the 2/4

first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30a.m., for a period of 3 months. The other conditions in the said order shall remain intact.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
