ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to register an FIR based on the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Singampunari, in Crl.M.P.No.10 of 2025 on 01.02.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent-police, on instructions, submits that FIR in Crime No.21 of 2025 has been registered based on the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Singampunari, in Crl.M.P.No.10 of 2025 on 01.02.2025. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
