(CR.NO.64/2020) ... RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6837/2020 dated 30.06.20 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.SATHISH RAJKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and the investigation is substantially completed.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e. on every Monday at 10.30.am.
